• Payment Information: Billing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or payment details on our servers.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the ProDesk AI SMS receptionist service
• Generate AI-powered responses to customer text messages on behalf of businesses
• Send welcome messages and service notifications to business owners
• Process billing and manage subscriptions

4. SMS Messaging & Consent

ProDesk AI sends SMS messages on behalf of registered businesses. Regarding SMS communications:

• Customers who text a business's ProDesk AI number consent to receive automated AI responses related to their inquiry.
• Customers can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP.
• Customers can request help by replying HELP.
• Message and data rates may apply based on the customer's mobile carrier plan.
• We do not send unsolicited marketing messages to customers.
• Business owners receive service-related SMS notifications regarding their account.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with:

• Twilio: Our SMS delivery provider. Messages are transmitted through Twilio's platform.
• Anthropic: Our AI provider (Claude API) processes message content to generate responses.
• Stripe: Our payment processor handles billing information.
• Supabase: Our database provider stores business and conversation data.
• Law enforcement: When required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Data Retention

We retain conversation data for up to 90 days to provide service continuity and context for AI responses. Business account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP
• Cancel your subscription at any time

9. Children's Privacy

ProDesk AI is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
